Odyssee 319 BdB Grand Cru NV

An invitation from Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle. Odyssée 319, a journey through the 319 villages that make up the Champagne appellation area.

It is a Grand Cru Champagne from the Avize vineyard, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This Blanc de Blancs cuvée is a blend of the 2015 and 2018 harvests. A fairly long aging in the cellar allows to obtain maturity and finesse, characteristic of the great wines of the Côte des Blancs.
