Cheval des Andes 2018

Pierre Lurton, the founder of the winery, utilize and transfer the know-how of viticulture and vinification from Bordeaux, specifically Chateau Cheval Blanc and then started a joint venture with Terrazas de Los Andes in 1999. The wine is a Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon based red aged in large barrel for 14 months before release. The aromas and tastes are complex. Cherries, green peppers, plum, and violet are linked together.
